In a short span, the facility has secured multiple 9COM approvals from Aramco and is actively contributing to several Aramco projects. It is also accredited with ASME U, U2, S, R and NB along with ISO 9001 : 2015, 14001, 45001, 29001 certifications. ÌýÌýHWPV operates with an experienced team managing the entire process—from design to dispatch—independently from the KSA facility.

The facility boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure, including:

• Robotic welding stations
• Smart circumferential and longitudinal seam welding stations
• CNC cutting machines capable of handling plates up to 350 mm thick
• The region’s largest heat treatment furnace (12 m × 12 m × 45 m)
• Advanced NDT capabilities such as PAUT and TOFD

Additionally, the facility supports local industry with site repair services. Our shops have the capacity to manufacture equipment in mono- and multi-wall constructions using a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, Monel, titanium, high-nickel alloys, and CrMoV alloy steels.
